About the role

You'll give family caregivers a break by stepping in to care for their loved one: supporting people with disabilities, illness, or age-related needs at home or in the community. Depending on the client, you'll help with personal care, meals, medication reminders, mobility, and companionship, keeping the routine familiar and calm. You'll note changes in condition, communicate with the family at handoff, and document your visits.

What you'll bring

You're patient, dependable, and genuinely comfortable with personal care work. You adapt to each household's routines, respect privacy and dignity, and stay steady if a client becomes confused or distressed. Experience with seniors or people with disabilities is a strong asset.
